Does the sentence underlined mean "I don't expect anything at all."?Please explain the exact meaning of it to me.

The character means he expected as much, as in, that was what he expected. "Hey, I did my homework" "Good job, I wouldn't expect anything less" It's like a confirmation of bias, if you will.
