What are you looking at me for? I'm a saint. But a sinner in the sack.Please explain "a sinner in the sack". I don't understand at all what that means.

"in the sack" usually means in bed. So with that phrase that character tries to establish that they're a well-behaved individual that's kinky in an area that has a mattress. Kind of a joke statement, since it's taken out of a comedy, so don't use it outside of comical situations.
